Are you currently caring for an elderly spouse or parent? Are you stressed and don't know where to turn for support? Are you exhausted? Let us help you through this difficult time. A social worker who is skilled at dealing with the challenges caregivers face facilitates this group.
Attendees will learn such things as:
More importantly, participants have an opportunity to learn from other caregivers who are experiencing many of the same difficulties. This support group is brought to you by the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Jefferson County and Rainbow Hospice Care.
Rainbow Hospice facilitates several grief support groups that are open to the public. Attendees can expect to:

This drop-in group offers a safe welcoming place for individuals who are struggling with the loss of a loved one to come together to share, learn, and be supported.
6:30 -- 7:30 p.m., first Wednesday each month*
Fort Library Rotary Room

Monday Morning Joe: monthly breakfast meetings
Bereaved individuals are invited to get together in the beautiful dining room at the Rainbow Hospice Care Inpatient Center.
8:30 a.m. -- 10:00 a.m. on both the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month*.
These casual drop-in gatherings provide participants with an opportunity to meet and talk with others who are experienceing similar circumstances in supportive environment, offering a chance to socialize, share stories, and learn more about what to expect during the grieving process. In addition to commaradarie and conversation, participants will enjoy coffee, tea, fresh fruit and assorted baked goods. There is no cost to attend.
