Rainbow Hospice Care has a new opportunity for a physical therapist!  The physical therapist will assist with PT needs in home care and inpatient settings.  This position is a flex position at apporoximately 8 hours per week.

The position will be responsible for evaluation, planning, directing, and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as directed by physician.  Assist patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.  

Qualifications

Experience in physical therapy.  Strong written and verbal skills.  Reliable transportation.  Valid driver's license. Knowledge of physical medicine, physical therapy modalities, anatomy and physiology. Current State of Wisconsin Physical Therapy License.
