The new Rainbow Hospice Care Inpatient Center is conveniently located just north of the I-94/Highway 26 intersection in Johnson Creek, across from the Johnson Creek Outlet Mall. To reach our facility, turn east off Highway 26 on Linmar Lane (where you'll see McDonalds & J&L Tire Company). Follow Linmar to Remmel and turn left. Continue through the next intersection (River Drive) to our driveway at the top of the hill. Visitor parking is available in the front lot and on the street. A second lot for staff, volunteers, and other visitors attending meetings and special events held in our community room is located behind the building (next driveway on your right).
